Fit 4 Life Season 2 Trainfit

Fitness guru Stokely Rose and the TrainFit team were determined to test if Fit 4 Lifers were Tuff Enuff on Saturday morning, at week five of Season Two of The Gleaner’s health and fitness initiative.

The early morning circuit boot camp featured: cardio blast with Oneil Randall from Fit Rev; rope exercises; dumbbell body sculpt with Chilli from In Motion Gym; sledge hammer and tyre training with the TrainFit team; and back-to-basics playstation.

Fit 4 Life Sweet Energy Fitness Club

It neva normal Saturday morning, as the Sweet Energy Fitness Club worked The Gleaner’s Fit 4 Life participants to a frazzle. Wow! Just wow!

Fitness coaches Robert ‘Astro’ Whyte and #livewire MC Sheena-Kay and the Sweet Energy team had an intense boot camp lined up for the scores of fitness enthusiasts who came out to the Jessie Ripoll Primary School in St Andrew.

High energy warm up led straight into the boot camp circuit – water bottle squat, shuttle between cones, burpees, reverse jumping jacks, sit ups, mountain climb, stick jumping jacks, ammo squats and tyre lift.

Twas a high intensity aerobics boot camp with Body By Kurt

Fitness guru Kurt Dunn and his Body By Kurt team had The Gleaner’s Fit 4
Life participants drenched in sweat during the aerobics boot camp on
Saturday morning.
It was the third staging in Fit 4 Life’s 12-week Season 2 series, held at
Oasis on the Oxford on Oxford Road, St Andrew and everyone got a full body
workout, which focused on lungs, heart and body sculpting.

Fit 4 Life Season 2 Calabar

The second staging in The Gleaner’s Fit 4 Life Season 2 Tuff Enuff Challenge turned the volume way up. It was outdoor madness bootcamp with the TrainFit Club, and fitness guru Stokely Rose and the crew ensured participants were trained to be tuff enuff.

Fitness enthusiasts turned out in their numbers on the Calabar High School Tracks on Red Hills Road, St Andrew on Saturday prepared for a great workout and left with every muscle aching, after being worked to the limit.

The outdoor madness involved a five-series circuit, that included: boxing fitness with champ Sakima Mullings and his team; hurdles drill with Calabar High School Coach, Craig Sewell; coach Errol Messias imparting long distance method and training secrets; coach Omar Hawles teaching sprint performance training; and the TrainFit team taking participants through plyometrics and core training.
