"Mi live a Nine Mile, outer Bull Bay, Mi naa sleep a town!" This is the words of Jah Clive who stated that he knows the River and is a very good swimmer. He was however persuaded by onlookers that  trying to cross the river at the mouth was not a good idea. Jah Clive stated that the persons around  broke his spirit and drive fear into him. He further stated that at times you have to give a listening ear to person who seem to have your best interest at heart. He was among scores of persons who gather on the banks of Hope River after the bridge collapse following heavy rains associated with Tropical Storm Nicole. Jah Clive was among at lease three individuals whom the Gleaner saw making attempts to cross the Hope River in the vicinity of the collapse Harbour View Bridge.
