The Rain could not stop the fitness enthusiast from turning out Saturday (December 9,2017) morning for The Gleaner's Fit 4 Life stop at the Flow Flex Gym,as we joined the staff of the telecommunications company for a rigorous workout session.Fitness instructors Kurt Dunn,Kevin Stupparrt,and Marvin Gordon energised the participants,as they took them through warm up,aerobics and staright into the obstacle course.
