Fit 4 Life | ‘Twas an Extreme Grand Finale

A punishing extreme boot camp brought the curtains down on The Gleaner’s Fit 4 Life Season One on Saturday at the Life Fit Training Centre, Red Hills Road, St Andrew.
The winners of the 12-Week Lifestyle/Fitness Challenge were also announced.
The morning kicked off with fitness instructors Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn and Marvin Gordon taking Fit 4 Lifers through the ultimate boot camp circuit, which included tyre flip, box jump, battle rope, sled push, running with resistance band, sand bag carry and weights routine.
The true test was being able to complete all circuits, but that proved to be the ultimate challenge.
Cool down with dance instructor Joe Harris couldn’t come soon enough, as the participants enjoyed loosening the limbs with all the latest dance moves.

Lat Saturday (December 16,2017),Montegonians were in for a treat as the recently opened Ashley Furniture Home Store in Fairview Shopping Centre hosted an event aptly dubbed-Christmas Dine,Shop and Unwind.
Thier new spokesperson Angelie Spencer,was on hand to not only offer decor tips on how to spruce up their home,but also their wardrobe with a fashion show featuring drennaLuna designs.

The 50,from various cities in the United States,Canada and the UK,were feted last week at the Moon Palace Jamaica in Ocho Rios,St Ann,for three days,culminating with the annual ultimate 'all -white' party at the awards ceremony last Saturday (December 9,2017)

The Rain could not stop the fitness enthusiast from turning out Saturday (December 9,2017) morning for The Gleaner's Fit 4 Life stop at the Flow Flex Gym,as we joined the staff of the telecommunications company for a rigorous workout session.
Fitness instructors Kurt Dunn,Kevin Stupparrt,and Marvin Gordon energised the participants,as they took them through warm up,aerobics and staright into the obstacle course.
