A pedestrian makes his way along a deserted Constant Spring road on Wednesday April 1, 2020 at approximately 10:46pm on the first night of the seven day all island curfew which begins nightly at 8pm. non essential persons found breaching the curfew may be fined up to a maximum of one million dollars.
