Belizean Queens Council, Rodwell Williams was out to celebrate life at a cocktail reception held at the Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay on November 19, 2011. Mr. Williams who is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School was shot and left to die last year in Belize but managed to survive.
