Professor Denise Eldemire-Shearer looks over her Christmas village at her St Andrew home yesterday. The village, which has been 27 years in the making, started with a modest five buildings and now totals 64 additional small structures, vehicles and figures. Edlemire-Shearer, who shared that Christmas is her favourite time of the year, said it took two weeks to construct the village.
