Members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force patrol the Markets in Downtown Kingston on Monday June 15, 2020 in effort to curtail the extortion racket affecting vendors at the market. A state of public emergency for Kingston and Kingston Central was announced on Sunday June 14, 2020 and will remain in effected for 14 days.
