Two young boys watch closely as a passing Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) vehicle navigates a turn onto Hanover Street before safely crossing the road on Sunday. Both JDF and Jamaica Constabulary Force personnel were seen conducting searches and speaking with members of the community. Murders and shootings have climbed by 47.1 per cent and 33.3 per cent respectively in the Kingston Central Police Division for the period January 1 to June 27, 2020.
