Delroy McIntosh, (centre) came to tears with his sister Judith, (left) and mother Sonia Haye at the end of his graduation yesterday. McIntosh was one of the one hundred and ninety seven constables that graduated from the Jamaica police academy in Twickenham park St. Catherine yesterday.
