Raheim Mills touches the charred remains of a door in the burnt out property situated on Anderson Road. The house belonging to Joan Mills and her father Donald Mills was allegedly set on fire during the funeral service of her son who was shot and killed on february 21, 2019. A total of 26 person was displace as a result of the fire.
