Jeremiah Watson, reputedly an uncle of the late Jamaican songbird Millie Small, emerges from a smelly shack in a south Clarendon community on Wednesday. The coronavirus pandemic has turned the screws on many persons' finances, but hundreds of others have lived in poverty for years.
