On Saturday (October 7,2017),the Gleaner's Fit 4 Life team journeyed to the cool hills of Jacks Hill St Andrew to walk the steep incline with the St Mathew's walkers and residents of the community,we were also joined by Yulit Gordon,executive director of the Jamaica Cancer Society.Yet again it was not for the faint of heart,as the group truly worked those leg muscles,taking on the hilly terrain in the early hours of the morning.we bring you highlights by photographer Lionel Rookwood.
