St Williams Grant Park located downtown Kingston was closed to the public on Friday March 20, 2020. Persons were seen trekking around the park instead of their usual commute through public space. A number of persons complained of the lack of public restroom facilities in the area as a result of the parks closure in relation to crowd management in public spaces due to the local spread of COVID-19.
