A number of men were seen gathered at the North Parade entrance of St William Grant Park in downtown Kingston on Tuesday March 24, 2020 playing a game of draughts. Effective today, the Government has banned gatherings in excess of 10 persons to limit the potential spread of the novel coronavirus.
